I've never seen a cluster headache from the outside….only from the inside. I'm stunned at how chillingly familiar this man is to me. I just posted my own video…and I must say I take some comfort knowing that I am not alone. No one can possibly understand how real this is if they have not been there.
I got the most help …
I got the most help from visualizing the area and meditating that i was healing myself by opening up the blood vessels that are restricting in my head with light and openning them up so blood can pass through with out the pounding and pressure. Try mastering meditation relaxation and breathing exercises and visualize healing light coming down into your soft spot on the top of your head when you are not suffering. Feel the light healing you and breath it in thur your nose healing all.
get some magic …
get some magic mushrooms or LSD ASAP,and a good ammount of it and keep it sealed and stored in the dark for consumption at later times.
you can put the mushrooms in orange juice, tea, pizza tons of stuff

I'm trying the mushroom treatment. Took them last night. During the trip I was pain free. I've had one bad cluster today, but I'm hopeful. Really Painful, hopefully they end soon. Thank God for Relpax. I hope these go away soon, and I don't lose my Job.
Not sure if its a …
Not sure if its a cluster or not. The question really is, do you have extreme pain behind or near your eye, that occurs with eye watering, nasal drip? Does your face contort from the pain? Does the pain make you run around, scream, cry? Does it occur everyday, several times a day in varying degrees? It doesn't just change your sleep cycles, it wakes you in your sleep at similar times every night or so. Does it make you suicidal? Regardless, see a Neurologist. Could be something similar.

hi, i don't know if …
hi, i don't know if i have CH but i have severe headaches and my left eye hurts a lot, it lasts like half an hour or more and every time i get it it hurts a little more, i also read that it has to do with the hypothalamus (which controls body's biological clock) and i actually change my sleep pattern continuously… anyone…
Today I almost lost …
Today I almost lost it all. I had a 10 on the kip scale. For an hour I literally ran from the shower (scolding hot, ice cold, scolding hot) to my room naked, and proceeded to run around in circles with my head cocked forward yelling at God. At the end I cried (I'm a 28 year old man). This pain is nothing I can describe, and honestly if you never have it you won't understand. It's been 2 years since my last cycle, and I just hope I can make it through this one. Hopefully there's a heaven for us
yeah, these are not …
yeah, these are not fun to get. The first time I went to the ER because I was in so much pain.I was very irritated with the nurse and doctors and I was pacing back and forth and rocking myself like this. I was actually kind of violent with them and very moody and I'm a very shy person too, but I was in so much pain. I probably seemed like a mental case at the time to them, but I didn't care. When the doctors ask me "what the problem was" I screamed "WHAT THE DOES IT LOOK LIKE ASSHOLE!
I get them everyday …
I get them everyday, at the same time. I don't know of if it was due to the actual impact or how I reacted to a traumatic situation but it is hellish. I can't lay down or keep still when they come. The pain makes me anxious and quite often makes me cry. Which is what leads me to believe that I am suffering from Cluster Headaches. I also tried magic mushrooms after I started to get them again and they went away for a few weeks…
I have not been …
I have not been diagnosed am currently not seeing a neurologist due to a lack of health insurance. I was hit by car while crossing the street and broke a woman's windshield with my head. I felt fine, and about three month after the accident I began to experience severe headaches two or three times a day. They went away for several months and have recently come back with a vengeance.
Have you guys ever …

Thank you for this. I just started another cycle after a three year off period (which I saw someone else said - I wonder if the "overall" cycle is three years? Anyone else?)
Anyway - I'll be showing this to everyone who says "It's just a headache"
I used to suffer …
I used to suffer from severe migraines when I was younger and I remember how painful they were. Sometimes I get them today. I feel fortunate that I never had cluster headaches. I sympathise with all of you but know that I could never really understand how painful they can be.
also another thing …
also another thing try jumping jacks the second you know one is comming and you do feel one comming, it seemed to lessen the pain a bit

I've been prescribed something called Deseril / methysergid which seems to diminish the attacks.
Do you have any experience with that?

i certainly feel your pain man. i am just starting a bout of clusters after 3 years of being free of em. i forgot how much they hurt. i get the 'it's just a headache' thing all the time and it's not nice. the only person that understands is my girlfriend. who finds it hard to see me in pain.
